This Herbal Latte can be enjoyed iced or hot for a nourishing drink, or added to smoothies or other recipes.

*Turmeric Root Powder, *Oat Mylk Powder (Water, Organic Oats, Organic Coconut Oil, Enzymes), *Lucuma Powder,*Inulin from Blue Agave Head, *Ashwagandha Root Powder, *Ginger Powder, *White Pepper Powder, and *Cardamom Extract.

How to Blend

  • Add one serving (5g) Golden Mylk to a splash of hot water. Mix until dissolved. Sweeten to your liking with honey. 
  • Top off with your preference of steamed milk, nut mylk, water or Artisan Tea. Add ice if desired. 


Ways to Enhance

  • For added health benefits, try adding your favourite Harmonic Arts Mushroom tincture or powder, artisan tea, or syrup. 
  • For added creaminess and optimal nutrient absorption, add a fat source. You can try adding 1 tsp of coconut or MCT oil.
