Turn that glow up to eleven. Golden Hour is an unmistakably effective illuminating & healing serum. Words can't adequately express the exquisite nature of this potent vibrational alchemy. Brimming with firming & calming whole calendula resin, softening and hydrating flower petals from many flowers, and grounding roots to calm histamine-related inflammation, and gently brighten uneven skin tone. This blend is perfect for summer skin, it’s our answer to skin in need, and for anyone that wants to experience the luxury of breathable moisture. Each ingredient has been chosen to soften skin, absorbing quickly, leaving your face with an ultra sheer layer of protection against environmental assault.

This salve is mostly a semi solid serum, it’s just barely held together with our local bees wax. It feels light, but is powerful due to its concentration and has a delightfully sweet and uplifting scent, with no essential oils added.

Use it on its own, as an added boost to your face oil or as a spot treatment wherever extra love may be required.

Ritual

Each morning after saturating with hydrosol, apply a peas size evenly to face, neck, and chest. You may apply Serum under the day balm for an added boost. Our Day Balms makes an ideal base for our Dr. Hauschka make-up. Our balm will never clog pores because it contains oils that mimic our skin’s sebum, and are safe over the eyes and lips.

Use within 6 months of opening.

BALM TEXTURE TIP

The following does not apply to whipped balms Do not leave your Balm in a hot location like your car or near a sunny window. Sometimes when balms are heated & cooled, they can develop a gritty texture. This is totally normal, and doesn’t effect the quality. If that happens, place your balm jar (minus the jar lid) on a cookie sheet and place the cookie sheet in the oven. Heat the oven on the lowest setting (at or below 200F) for 5-15 minutes or until fully liquid (no longer than 20 minutes). Carefully remove the cookie sheet (with the balm on it) from the oven (use oven mitts!). Allow the balm to cool on the cookie sheet at room temperature. Make sure to place the cookie sheet on a level spot like a countertop or table so it doesn't spill. Once the balm jar is cool enough to touch comfortably but the balm is still liquid, place the balm jar (minus cookie sheet) in the freezer and place the jar lid on the jar loosely. Allow the balm to harden overnight in the freezer. Then it should be good to go!
Pro Tip

For an added boost of protection, you can mix the Serum with Face Balm, or use our Face Balm over the top of the Serum.

Moisturize in perfect harmony when you use our Face Serum immediately after any of our Hydrosols. You’ll be creating a lotion without the need for emollients as oil and water don’t blend well together. This way you create it yourself by layering, and you get to skip the toxic ingredients. Your skin wants water just as much as it needs oil, and this becomes the perfect light weight blend of hydration and moisturization , that brings out the beauty in every skin type.
